Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is very important to us. You may return your unused
item within 30 days for a refund less restocking fee. Item must be in
original carton with all packing materials. Restocking fee is 20% on
regular inventory items. Bedding and mattresses are not returnable once
the seal is broken. Special order items require pre-authorization and
may or may not be canceled or returned. Display model items are sold
AS IS and are not returnable. Discontinued/Clearance item sales are
final - no returns, refunds or exchanges. Delivery fees and other
transportation costs are non-refundable. Layaway orders cancelled
after 30 days from original sale date are subject to a cancellation fee
of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater) in addition to any 3rd party
non-refundable fees such as eBay or PayPal.

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective
part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products
and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort
to resolve any issues.
